SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

All items will be sent between 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping times varies by location, but orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 5-7 business days after they ship.

RETURNS

What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item in the same color. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

When will I receive my Refund?

We currently offer store credit for returns rather than refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returns item, you will receive store credit to use on future purchases.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are items in the sale section eligible for returns & exchanges?

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please carefully review your selection, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to reach more of our BellaFit community worldwide!

How can I care for my BellaFit activewear?

To keep your BellaFit items in the best condition, we recommend washing them on a gentle cycle in cold water and air drying. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces.
